This refund and cancellation policy (“Policy”) is applicable to all sports training programs, training camps and special events offered by IndiaOnTrack through its website (“Program”) except where specified otherwise, in respect of which a cancellation is made by a participant/parent/guardian. While refunds are available for the Programs in terms of this Policy, please note that certain Programs may have specific terms that differ from this Policy. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the terms of a specific Program, the specific Program terms will prevail.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS:

1.  We offer a full refund on cancellation of a Program (other than registration fee which will not be refunded), if made within five (5) days from the date of registration of the Program by the participant.

2.  Norefunds will be made in instances where the training Program has already commenced.

3.  A Program is subject to change according to weather, venue availability, satisfactory level of participants or other factors beyond our control. As such, we may cancel or change any Program or its timing, should this be necessary for any reason. In the event that a center discontinues operationsdue to reasons out of our control, we will use all reasonable endeavours tofind an alternate centre within three (3) months of the center’s closure. Bestefforts would be made to find a centre in the vicinity and/or within a 5 km radius of the inactive centre.

4. Youare responsible for arranging and paying for suitable insurance to cover anyinjury or illness before or during the Program to the participant as,unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund under these circumstances. Foravoidance of doubt, no refund is permitted for a participant’s failure toattend the Program.

5. In all cases of refund, the money shall be paid back to you by cheque or by NEFTto the original payment source, within a period of fourteen (14) days from thedate of application for refund.
